AR QR code generator - QR codes for USDZ & GLB in seconds

With our tool, you can create scannable QR codes for your 3D/AR models in just a few clicks. iPhones and iPads open Apple Quick Look (USDZ), Android and Web use Web-AR based on GLB/GLTF - automatically and without the need for an app.

What is an AR-QR code?

A QR code that links directly to an AR-enabled link. iOS opens USDZ files in Quick Look; Android and the web render GLB/GLTF files in the browser.

Which file formats are suitable?

USDZ (iOS) and GLB/GLTF (Android/Web). For more information, see the glossary: glTF, USDZ.

Do I need an app or a login?

No. You enter the model URL, and the tool generates a QR code, a short URL (optional), and an iFrame embed. Scan it—and you're done.

Can we include a logo in the QR code?

Not at this time. We prioritize reliable scan quality—without a logo in the code.

How does the short URL work with brand & product?

You enter the brand and product name; the tool generates a descriptive URL (e.g., ar.brand.product.danthree.studio). The landing page displays the brand, product, and "Open in AR."

How do I embed the QR code in Webflow?

Insert the generated HTML code or the QR code as an image. Copy the code, paste it into the `embed` element on your website—and you're done. You can customize the parameters (size, color, border).

What if our model isn't AR-ready yet?

We provide support for 3D modeling and PBR textures to ensure that USDZ/GLB files run smoothly and look photorealistic.

Does this work even without an internet connection (e.g., at a trade show)?

The QR code requires an internet connection to load the model. Tip: Set up a hotspot and host models on a fast server.
