Who we are looking for at Danthree Studio:

Your Background

You are an experienced 3D artist at heart and have mastered classic tools such as 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D in your sleep. But your curiosity has driven you further. You have a deep understanding of render engines such as V-Ray or Corona and have familiarized yourself intensively with the world of generative AI. Terms such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ControlNet and Python scripts are not new territory for you, but a daily tool. You understand the difference between a fast AI image and a professional, reproducible CGI pipeline for demanding manufacturers.

Your Strengths

You are a technical tinkerer with an eye for aesthetics. If a process takes too long manually, you immediately look for an automated solution. You have the patience to build complex node setups and demand that the result is physically correct. You understand light, materiality and photography and know exactly which adjustments you need to make to raise AI results from "okay" to "high-end photorealism". You think in terms of systems and workflows, not just individual images.

Your Daily Work

You are our Head of Innovation in daily business. You develop custom workflows in ComfyUI to texture or light our 3D scenes more efficiently. You train your own LoRA models on the fabrics and materials of our customers to guarantee absolute brand consistency. You work closely with our Art Direction team and integrate AI tools into the pipeline so that we deliver brilliant results faster without losing control of the geometry. You will test new tools, filter the hype from real value and keep Danthree Studio at the forefront of technology.
